During the summer, when Retirement Yenta can be found at her Fire Island retreat, she can often be found out by the grill…especially prior to the start of Shabbos. One cannot top the delicious taste and texture of a nice, juicy, tender spare rib that has been cooked on the grill. Ah-mazing, dear Readers. Amazing.
These spare ribs are super easy to marinate and quick to cook on the grill.
2 tbsps Lea & Perrins Worcestershire
2 tbsps Liquid Aminos (Natural Soy Sauce Gluten Free Alternative)
1 tsp Hungarian Hot Paprika
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Spice Hunter Greek Seasoning Blend
1 tsp Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend
1 medium onion chopped
beef spare ribs (as many as you like)
Mix all ingredients in a ziplock bag. Make sure there is enough of the marinade to cover the ribs. Allow to marinate overnight…pop onto a hot grill and cook until they are “done to your liking!”
Retirement Yenta says Succulent Spare Ribs in a spicy sauce turns your taste buds up high — far away from defrost.
