There are days when a Yenta could sit in her bed and eat bon-bons. We all have them. Retirement Yenta has learned that these days can become fewer and fewer when she gets her body up and moving on a regular basis. Getting her heart rate up every day…for 20 minutes or so, helps this little Yenta’s energy level soar. As we age, there is a tendency to want to slow down. Well, dear Readers, your dear Yenta refuses to slow down and let her body AND mind start to get sluggish. She can’t even stand it when her computer is sluggish. So with this in mind, Retirement Yenta encourages you to Get Up! Get to Moving! Get to Reading! Get Active! A little will go a long way. You can thank me when you are 89 and more energetic than your grandchildren.
