Retirement Yenta had one too many egg rolls over the holiday weekend, and because of that, she’s feeling fat. Not morbidly obese, but give it a few years with no exercise, and she could be one of those people in a scooter. So, with that in mind, my dear Readers, this little Yenta suggests that with the holidays upon us, NOW is the time to get back on that treadmill. Do NOT wait until January. Make every day about becoming healthier now, as this is the toughest time to keep the pounds off and then you will be in the habit by the time the New Year is here.
