Today, Retirement Yenta would like to raise a glass and say L’chiam to her dear friend and Retirement Mensch, Paul Bruskowitz. This past Friday, Paul celebrated his last day in the workforce. The Retirement Mensch said farewell to his friends at work in a great way, and Retirement Yenta wants to share his brilliant idea: The Cubicle Sale. Yes, dear Readers, Retirement Mensch sold his office furnishings (those that were not the property of his company) to his fellow coworkers. There were tea sets and mugs, and doohickeys to be had, and all for a bargin. (Ya know, had your dear Yenta not been pressed to get the shabbos dinner on the table, she would have been right there because she loves a nice doohickey and she REALLY loves to save a buck). So today, dear Readers, in addition to her tip, Retirement Yenta is raising a glass, giving out a shout of L’chiam to Paul and she wants you to consider having a cubicle sale when you are ready to go into full retirement mode. Oh, and let this little Yenta know when you have your cubicle sale…she’ll pop on over and save a buck with you!
