Hello, dear Readers, thank you for awaiting patiently RYs latest post. This Yenta has been getting back to her country roots and hanging out with her beloved Papa Yenta. Since the end of Passover, this Yenta has felt the urge to dig in the dirt and to make things grow for Papa Y. Your dear Yenta has been up to her ears in gardening. That’s right, dear Readers, this little Yenta knows a thing or two about plant life, but she doesn’t know everything. Recently, RY discovered brown rubber mulch, and let me tell you, Readers, this stuff is FANTASTIC! It looks like regular mulch, but doesn’t decay so quickly. Now, you might be thinking: “Well, that’s not good for the environment!” But it IS! It REALLY is! This brown rubber mulch is made from recycled tires. It is non-toxic and non-staining…and the best part…by using it, you are reducing the number of tires going into landfills! Retirement Yenta wants to remind you to recycle…your trash could become this Yenta’s treasure (and Papa Yenta’s flower bed)!
